About Noura
An art de vivre, upheld since 1989.
For more than three decades, Noura has been the address for Lebanese gastronomy in Paris — a house spanning the celebrated Maison Noura on Avenue Marceau, the iconic Marceau brasserie, street-food counters, a fine épicerie, festive dinners, and a catering division entrusted with some of the city's most discerning private and corporate occasions.
Each commission is composed by hand: menus, service, rentals, headcount, the smallest detail of an evening. The proposal that opens every such conversation is, in effect, the first course — and for years it was the one part of the experience that fell short of the rest.

The challenge
When the proposal didn't match the experience.
Fine catering is, by its nature, a discipline of detail. A single commission may bring together set menus and à la carte selections, dietary refinements, service staff, rentals and delivery — each with its own cost, and each subject to the gentle revisions that accompany any considered event.
Rendered in a spreadsheet, that nuance became a column of figures. Clients found it difficult to envisage the occasion. Questions returned by telephone and email, one at a time; every adjustment required a fresh version and another exchange. For a house whose entire promise rests on the quality of an experience, the proposal was the one moment that did not yet honour it.

The solution
A proposal a client can savour before saying yes.
With Duodeal, Noura now presents each event as a refined, interactive page rather than a static document. Menus, options and extras are composed in a branded format that is understood at a glance — the client is invited to explore the occasion, not to read a price list.
Because pricing responds in real time, a client may adjust a guest count, exchange a menu or add a service and see the proposal answer instantly. Everything is confirmed and refined online, within a single link — and in doing so, the proposal has quietly become the most gracious moment to suggest the additional touches that elevate an event.
