• What counts as a “user”?

  A user is anyone with login access — typically a sales rep, manager, or admin who creates, edits, or owns proposals. Clients viewing or signing a proposal are free and unlimited.

• Can I switch plans later?

  Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between Starter, Growth, and Advanced at any time. Changes prorate to your current billing cycle.

• Do you offer annual billing?

  Yes, annual billing is available with a 20% discount on Starter and Growth. Contact us to set it up — annual self-serve is on the roadmap.

• How does the Advanced plan work?

  Advanced is custom-priced based on team size, SLAs, security review, and the integrations you need. Book a call and we’ll send a tailored proposal — in Duodeal, naturally.

• Can I cancel anytime?

  Yes. Cancel from your account settings — no calls, no retention scripts. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

• Are there usage limits?

  Unlimited proposals on every plan. The only limit is the number of users you add. AI generations are fair-use and never throttled in normal selling workflows.
