About ER Hospitality
A hospitality cluster shaped by 2,500 hectares of unspoilt Mauritius.
ER Hospitality is the hospitality and leisure cluster of the ER Group, one of Mauritius's most established names. Across the Domaine de Bel Ombre — 2,500 hectares of one of the island's last unspoilt regions — the group brings together five-star resorts, championship golf, and a celebrated portfolio of gourmet dining.

Among those venues are C Beach Club, the coastal-chic lifestyle address on the island's southern shore, and Le Château de Bel Ombre, a 19th-century plantation house turned fine-dining destination. Both host private events and bespoke dining — and both begin every such occasion not with a price, but with a proposal.
The challenge
A price, before the guest has seen the experience.
For a gourmet venue, a private event is a conversation long before it is a contract. A guest wants to picture the menus, weigh the options, imagine the evening — and only then talk numbers. Yet the traditional quote inverts that order, presenting a total before the experience has been felt.
Sent as a static document, menus and options also leave no room for dialogue. A guest's questions and preferences arrive scattered across email and telephone, and each refinement means another version, another send. For venues whose reputation rests on attentive, bespoke service, the proposal process asked the guest to commit before they had been courted.

The solution
Court first. Quote when ready.
With Duodeal, the team shares the experience before the figures. Menus, options and the full possibility of an occasion are presented first as a refined, interactive page — with pricing kept discreetly hidden until the moment is right.
The guest explores at leisure, comments directly on the page, and composes their preferences — choosing dishes, raising questions, shaping the evening in dialogue rather than by email. Only once the experience has been agreed does the team reveal pricing and send the final proposal — by then a confirmation of something already desired, not a cold number to negotiate. One link carries the entire conversation, from first taste to signature.
The result
A proposal as considered as the service itself.
